Refund Policy

  • You may exchange or return any product purchased from our website within 14 days from date of purchase as long as the product is returned unused and in its original undamaged packaging.
  • Due to the speed of the order process we cannot change or cancel a transaction after it has been confirmed. 
  • If you wish to exchange or return your order contact us at support@galibellehawaii.com
  • First exchange is Free! for size or color issues.
  • For returns, you will be required to pay shipping for returned goods.
  • Galibelle Hawaii is not responsible for a parcel that is lost during return shipping.
  • Here at Galibelle Hawaii we do not charge a restocking fee.
  • If you received a product different from that which you ordered or one with a manufacturing defect please contact us for a prepaid shipping slip. You can ship the product back to us free of charge and we will assess the problem and either replace the product or give you a full refund.
  • Refunds for products paid via PayPal will appear instantly in your account. Refunds for products paid via credit card will appear only in the statement of the month following the return date.
  • A message regarding your refund will be sent no longer than 5 days after arriving at our warehouses.
  • We at Galibelle Hawaii do not accept products that were not purchased from our website. 
 
 
RETURNS PROCEDURE
3 Easy Steps to Return:
1. Contact us on support@galibellehawaii.com to obtain a return authorization confirmation*. Please include your purchase order information in your email and the reason for return, including photos in case of manufacturing/quality defect.
2. Pack and secure your shoes in their original packaging along with your return authorization form.
3. Ship the item(s) back to the address provided and you’re set!
The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility. Please return all items by courier and ensure the parcel is insured and able to be traced as we will not take any responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.
 
*If your return is accepted we will send you instructions via email on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Galibelle takes great pride in the quality of our products and manufacturing. If for any reason, you receive an item which has a manufacturing defect or quality issues, we will promptly assist you with a refund or exchange.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All gift cards and sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
 
Exchanges
First exchange is Free! for size or color issues
Size Exchanges – Once we’ve received the item you wish to exchange, we will contact you via email to confirm stock availability. If the item is available it will be shipped upon your approval and payment of shipping charges.
All returns need to comply with our guidelines on return policy:
Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition within 14 days, and will be inspected upon arrival. They must also be returned with their original packaging and all of its contents (if applicable).
 
Refunds
Once we’ve received your package and inspected the items our Return & Exchange department will process your item cost refund. Please note that after the refund has been processed by your banking institution it will usually take 5-10 business to reflect in your account.
